fashion designing career

      Along with writing career, I also have a fashion designing career. I specialise in fancy sarees. I'm successful in the first stage now. I've grown more confident now. Uptil now, I've prepared four high quality sarees so far under- 'Priya's Boutique'. I began to rethink fashion designing as a career option after January 2020. The lockdown did this good thing for me. 

     I used to watch Yash Chopra and Karan Johar movies as a teenager and fell in love with sarees. Why not ? I thought. So with my customer care job earnings, I put the foundation of my designing clothes' business. As I'm not trained in stitching, I decided to specialise in fancy sarees. I don't have a quintessential cloth-factory under my name to begin on a big scale. So I took my first step in this direction by working from home all by myself with just one employee i.e. myself. After four beautiful sarees, I think I should stop being confused, and devote time seriously to saree-business.

     Okay everything is fine, my life is on the right track. I don't think negative. I don't have to think negative. Armed with journalism and mass communications master degree, I'm a qualified writer, and in my brief stint at fashion design class, I learnt the basics of the field. 

     So guys and gals, there's no looking back now 👍👍👍. So with the blessings of God, I'm venturing officially into the field. 

     If you desire to buy a saree from here, 

1. The order should be placed one month in advance,

2. We will have to know the tentative budget in advance,

3. There will be consultation sessions on video call, regarding saree-colour, the saree-border, pallu etc. before we start to prepare it. 

4. The croqui with the saree on paper will be shown to the customer. And after he gives the green signal, the work begins on the saree.

5. I do have a tailor who can stitch any kind of cloth. 

6. After the green signal from the tailor, the work on dresses, are formally accepted.

7. If you stay faraway, we'll courier the clothes to your address.
