          I don't think life can be better than this. Parents, husband and Garima the great remind me daily of my duties. But you've to smile and continue to love yourself. Financial hindrances have always been an issue in our part of the globe. The new 'I will smile' theory has been thoroughly rocking.

     Prashant has gone to Karnataka for Raksha bandhan. It's more than a week now. And Garima the great has always been Garima the great.

      I want to be a lot like my idol Gauri Khan. A great family life and an even greater career. So what if she started designing late ? She is a confident woman. Her look exuberates a lot of strength. Be it the earlier times, she used to accompany her superstar husband to award functions or her solo design interviews now.
     🙏 Why do we need God ?
Ans. We need God because we want to look up to and imbibe mental strength from someone.
     🙏 Can we really talk to God ?
Ans. God is always there inside your brain to guide you in the right direction, which is called conscience. Especially in the case of children, He is there to guide them and prick them whenever they do something wrong.
     This happened in my case. Meditation is meant to connect ourselves to the supreme calmness. You don't always need to do padmasana for practicing meditation. In my case, I get it from designing and embroidery and also by writing stories.
"Oh, its MOM CALLING. You are not good in your finances kind of a regular call". Oh Depression and more depression. So put your ear close to the wall and listen to what God has to say:
"Have confidence in yourself. If you don't have, build it. Killing yourself and alchohol will deteriorate your condition further. So try to excel and work towards making yourself better in everything you adore. Have patience, success will be yours. Even if because of any reason, you don't get financial success, you do get respect, satisfaction and mental peace. So, life is beautiful, make the most of it. Brooding day-night and jealousy towards fellow beings will only lead you to hypertension and even more sadness. So smile and take a few deep breaths. You'll be happy".
      So... let me enjoy my delicious homemade bhurji-pav, everything else can wait. 😋😋😋

Talented 9-Year-Old Has Sewn an Entire Closet of Her Own Outfits

As it turns out, comfort is a huge motivator for Aragon, who was prompted to make her own clothes after being disappointed with the pre-existing selection for girls her age. “I like making clothes because the fancy dresses in the little girls’ sections are so stiff and uncomfortable,” she explains. “With my own clothes, I can be super fashionable but also comfortable at the same time. So I can go to a tea party and then go ride my scooter at the park and not have to change first.”

Although Aragon has made numerous outfits, her current favorite is a pale pink dress with an opalescent shine and subtle design at the hem. “My favorite outfit I [have] made is a white satin dress that I made with fabric that I hand-painted,” Aragon explains.

My inference: Its good to keep hobbies like these. My school was way too conservative and strictly forbade anything related to fashion. But with the advent of internet, nothing is impossible. As far as what I think, kids should never be forced to do certain extra-curricular activities just because certain rich peers in the neighborhood are doing that. If it's an extension of their hobbies and interests, nothing like that.

This is my dinner for today. A specialized 'I love myself' kind of dinner. A dinner sans family.

I've a sweet-tooth and so today's delicious dinner consists of beetroot-juice, beetroot halwa and muffins.

Back from the Sanpada trip. Tired, but in a good mood. When the woman-of-the-house is happy, she can easily make the whole family happy. 

Life with Prashant 3 🤣🤣🤣

             

     Prashant, also famous as 'me lagn karnaar' among the kids of Bhoirwadi, always had a maddening kind of fetish for marriages. Its quite strange. I was perplexed as to why a Mumbai-bred well-educated man would do that. But this strange insaneness went on becoming more and more serious with the passage of time. His side of the family supported him in this because basically and quite clearly they wanted to laugh behind his back. Laughing behind somebody's back is really really not a crime.🤣🤣🤣 But watching saas-bahu shows on TV and imbibing and following it in real life to the perfect T is also another form of strange madness. I need to check as to how deep the genetic defect exists in this family.

     Chalo, let's leave it to the doctors. 'Indian men'- 🤣🤣🤣. Even if he cannot afford meals two times a day it's okay, but less of sex is considered alarming and the immediate resolution is to marry again, seriously🤣🤣🤣.

     These things are done in full public view by grownup adults. But I don't think we should be spoiling our weekends by raking our beautiful, matured, femme fetale brains into all these. Wo karta rahega, hum haste rahenge🤣🤣🤣, so what ?

     Let's take it as laughter-therapy. Hasna accha hota hai. Hats-off to Prashantji for this. Sort of an initiative he might have taken after the massive success of comedy shows- 'the great Indian laughter challenge', 'comedy nights with kapil', 'the kapil sharma show' and 'tarak mehta ka ulta chasma'. Truly good comedians are highly in demand and highly-paid also. A good career option, since Mumbai has very truly run out of jobs, even for post-graduates with A-grades. That's true.

     Okay bye-for-now. Aur kuch hoga na, toh zaroor share karungi. Love you !

 Mumbai: Qualified wife not entitled to maintenance from husband, says court

The magistrate noted that she is a doctor and resides in a metropolitan city like Mumbai.

Denying interim maintenance to a woman, a dentist by qualification, in a domestic violence case she filed against her husband, a city magistrate has observed that such a qualified applicant is not entitled to maintenance from her husband.

The magistrate noted that she is a doctor and resides in a metropolitan city like Mumbai. It said she is expected to practise as a dentist and that very easily she can get such a job in Mumbai. It noted that she had completed her BDS degree in 2010 - 11.

The woman had claimed a monthly maintenance of Rs. 1.10 lakhs for her and her two children, aged 5 and 3 who live with her. She had left her joint family in her matrimonial home in Rajasthan in 2018 when she was pregnant with her second child. Since then she has been residing with her parents and children in Malad. In her plea she said her husband runs a business, earns well, lives in a 3,500 sq. ft villa and that his family own four cars. She said she has been a homemaker for the past three years because of the responsibility of her young children and that all their expenses are being looked after by her parents. She urged that the court pass an order directing that he provide her rent for accommodation in Mumbai.

The court said that she is residing with her parents in a house in which she has every right to reside as the law treats a boy and a girl equal in respect of rights in the properties of parents. It held that she is not entitled to relief in respect of accommodation. The magistrate also said that there have been no efforts on her part for cohabitation with her husband, which go against her.

The magistrate however asked the man to pay a total of Rs. 20,000 monthly towards maintenance of his two children, considering that his father is a two-time MLA and he belongs to a well-off family.

My inference: A move towards equality, a move against: misuse of marriage certificate and misuse of the global alimony rule.
