Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad have celebrated five years of togetherness today.
Heartiest congratulations to them both.
Hrithik is a great boyfriend and except for his marriage which happened way back in the year 2000, he has played every part whether it is real or reel life with elan. Everybody commits mistakes. We all are humans. But trying to evolve and learning from past mistakes is what a man with grit does. And that's what he has done.
In my opinion both of them shouldn't delay further. They should tie the knot. If not grand, a simple ceremony would do. Hrithik and Saba, are you listening, the fans want you to get hitched.
Well... I agree even celebs have their personal life and everything is not meant for the public. But the love in their eyes, and the love in their hearts, that they have towards each other, can be seen in the photos all over social media. I think if a couple who have been together for a decent period of time, five years here, and they have mutual trust and feel great amount of peace when they are with each other, they should take the plunge. Umm... let's not jump into things, but zyada kuch nahin, dil ki baat zubaan par aa gayi. Meeting through Twitter, then five years of togetherness among these two top-rated celebs, shows us that finding a partner is comparatively easy today. The one who understands you, loves you, cares for you, and whom you can trust- you yourself need to dig out. The internet is a massive tool, who is the person who doesn't know how to operate it ? Folks, make use of it. Don't stay alone and keep brooding, just use your fingers and eyes and you never know... Facebook, Twitter, dating apps, matrimonial sites, friendship websites, you name it there are so many options available on your left, right and centre nowadays. You or your parents don't have to fall at the feet or coax the match-maker aunties or buas to find a groom or bride. All of these women in secret conduct divorces too. So it's obvious- technology is way way better.
Coming back to the couple of the day, watching sunsets together, attending functions and festivities together, eating together, going on holidays together, celebrating and wishing each other on special occasions... are oh so romantic ! So it's a wish from my side- let them hold each other's hands and grow old together.
In middle class India, sacrifice, suicide, prostitutes, hitting the bottle are considered the tasks to be followed when you fail in a relationship or marriage. I am against glorifying these horrible detrimental to health activities. When the kids are small, men have to be very very sure of the woman before they approach marriage again. But when the kids are grown up, already are capable and have University degrees to their name, the gamble of second marriage can be played. Today the legal system is so well-etched that there are trusts made by the parents where proper and adequate financial planning of the child's future is taken care of at the time of divorce. So if setbacks happen, there is still family standing strongly somewhere behind you. What happened initially was bad in Hrithik's personal life, but he and his ex-wife Sussanne had taken their time and took a detailed and well thought of decision of being with other people. I too am flowing with the time, and it would be great to see the Superstar and his ex-wife getting married to their respective current loves. Amen...
So with the wish that eternal love should soon become forever love, it's me Priya signing off for today. It's late in the night and it's a big "Good Night" and "Sweet Dreams" from my side.
